Payment processing policy

By follow the instructions on your account settings, you can upgrade your plan via Interac e-Transfer.

Processing timeline:

Depends on middleware banking systems and Interac notifications, we reserve the right to process payments in 2 business days.
*Correctly formatted payments usually take minutes to process.

Refund and incorrect payments:

We do not offer refunds.
Incorrect payments will be recalculated with an interest rate of $2.599 per day.

Switching plans:

Downgrade form long-term teir to shorter one within the same plan still garanties you the same features you had before.
*Special offers and discounts are not applicable to the standard pricing.

Cancellation:

Cancelation happens automatically at the end of the billing cycle.
After meeting the deadline, you still will be able to:
  • Access your account
  • Export and manage your data
  • Control your existing invoices
  • However, after passing the deadline, you will not be able to:
  • Create new invoices
  • Reveal upcoming email content

  • Renewal:

    Renewal does not happen automatically.
    It's always up to you to decide whether to continue using our services.

    The deadline date might be extended with payment transaction anytime.
    In cases where transaction is made after the deadline date, the prolongation will be applied starting from the date transaction was processed.
