Depending on the speed of the confirmation email from Interac, subscriptions usually take minutes to process. However, we reserve the right to process payments within 2 business days for incorrectly formatted e-Transfers.
We do not offer refunds.
Payments for incorrect amounts (e.g., amount is more or less than the quoted renewal) will be calculated based on the daily subscription rate for the tier of subscription.
Downgrading from a long-term tier to a shorter one within the same plan still guarantees the same features you had before.

Ottomatiq does not renew automatically. It's always up to you to decide whether to continue using our services.
The deadline date extends immediately with any payment. Early payment (before the end of the subscription) will extend the subscription date from the end date of the current subscription. Renewals made after the deadline date will restart the subscription from the date the payment was processed.
